How to create a blogger account.
Part one in the series: Heck with the economy! How to make a few bucks online.
The first thing that you will need to do is visit blogger.com. Once you get to blogger.com all you need to do to get started is simply click the create blog button as you can see in the image below:

Then, if you don't already have one you will need to create and Google account. A Google account is a very powerful in handy thing to have. There are many things that you can do with your Google account that can help you make money online.
You will notice on the next screen (pictured below) that there are only a few fields that you will need to fill out including: your e-mail address, password, display name (this will be your login name), a word verification and a check box signifying that you agree to the terms of service.
Once you have filled out this information simply click the role that says continue to go to the next page.
On this page you will need to name your blog and choose an address for it. While you can name the blog anything that you'd like, the address (URL) must be unique. Feel free to use the check availability link to see if it is available. If not, simply choose a different address and keep trying until you find when you're happy with.
Disregard the advanced options at this point. You can always configure these later once you have your blog it up and running.
After you have finished on that page and click continue you will be asked to select a template.
Simply scroll down the list of available templates until you find one that you like and then click continue.
Congratulations, you are now officially a blogger!
